The Majorelle Garden, designed by French artist Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s, is famous for its striking cobalt blue structures and serene botanical landscape. The garden is home to a wide variety of plants, including exotic species and impressive water lilies and lotus flowers. After Jacques Majorelle's death, the garden fell into disrepair but was later restored by the famous French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Bergé in 1980. This revitalization preserved the garden as a peaceful retreat and a showcase of vibrant colors
Adjacent to the garden, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum in Marrakech is dedicated to the life and work of the legendary fashion designer. The museum houses a permanent collection of Yves Saint Laurent's iconic designs, including the famous "Le Smoking" tuxedo. It also features temporary exhibitions and a display of items that reflect the designer's deep connection with Marrakech and its influence on his work
The Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech is open everyday, except Wednesdays,
